A three-dimensional conditioning system that allows the body to stretch and strengthen simultaneously. Gyrotonic training is a series of circular and fluid exercises that work the entire body through muscular, skeletal, and cardiovascular stimulation. This system uses principles of yoga, dance, tai chi, and swimming to condition the body for both fitness and rehabilitative needs. It's great for the mobilization of joints and spinal decompression.

Our virtual sessions are carried out in a space of your choosing and are designed around the uniqueness of your body and specific goals. Although you and the movement coach won’t be in a shared space, the attention to detail will be the same! This option is great for when you’re traveling or when you can’t make it to the studio for any other reason.
Our in-person studio sessions are carried out in Bove’s studio located in New York City, with the use of specialized equipment. You will be in a shared space with the movement coach and will receive hands-on guidance with detailed instruction.
Our duet sessions are a perfect blend of individual attention and shared partnership. The movement experience is tailored to the needs of both people and is a good way to share space with a friend and make things fun!
